This is an easy one for any modder.

Tools Required:
Two Flathead Screwdrivers
Stanley Knife
Hammer

Others:
Headrests (About £10 from a scrap yard)
Runners (Probably free with your headrests)

TO REMOVE

Firstly get two flat head screwdrivers, then push them in between the fabric and the head rest runner. Open up the hole and you will notice that the runners are held in with two flaps, one on either side. Push these in and they will come out. Easy.

TO FIT

Firstly, feel along the top of your rear seat and you should find two holes in the seat frame. These are for your head rest runners. carefully cut an X shape into the fabric above the holes, just small of the diameter of the runners.

Then, push the head rest runners into place. this may take some persuation, so gently tap them in with a hammer. Dont worry, they are quite durable.

You may need to tilt your rear seats forward to fit the head rests, you do in Nova's and in Corsa's, it just makes it that bit easier. Push the seats back and admire. Job done.
